Learnly approached us to reimagine their online learning platform, aiming to bridge the gap between technology and education with a human-first design. The existing site felt rigid, cluttered, and uninviting—especially for new users. They needed a platform that could scale with a growing catalog of courses while delivering a seamless and intuitive experience across all user types: learners, instructors, and administrators. Our mission was to transform Learnly into a smarter, AI-enhanced education experience—clearer, faster, and more motivating.

Our Approach

We began with deep discovery sessions, including stakeholder interviews, competitor audits, and real user shadowing. These insights revealed major friction points in navigation, progress tracking, and learner engagement.

Our strategy focused on reducing cognitive load while improving discoverability and personalization. We designed a modular component system to accommodate varied content types and learning styles. Accessibility and mobile responsiveness were core principles from the start, ensuring inclusive access.

Key interface upgrades included a redesigned learner dashboard, smarter course filtering, and a system of progress indicators with subtle AI-powered nudges to keep students motivated. We also developed flexible layouts for instructor pages and live session scheduling.
